As per norms the vacant seats of SC/ST should be re-notified. The seats for which no applicants exist will be published after First Allotment and fresh applications will be invited from SC/ST candidates. The fresh applicants should register their applications online within time limit. These applications will be considered in an SC/ST special allotment the results of which will be published after the second allotment. The remaining vacancies in SC/ST after the special allotment will be offered first to OEC, and then to SEBC. If still vacancies exist the same will be given to General quota. This seat conversion process will be done after the second allotment process and the final results of the second allotment will reflect the changes due to seat conversion also.
Answer:
Submitting an application with wrong details is equal to submitting no application at all. Care should be taken to furnish only correct details in the application. The candidates are free to make any correction in the application till the closure of online registration. After closure of registration the candidate details and eligible options will be published for verification by candidates. At this stage also the students can correct the details themselves. If mistakes are found out in the application at the time of admission it may lead to the cancellation of the allotment. Minor mistakes which have not affected the allotment may be excused. If the mistakes have affected the allotment the same will be cancelled. The applicants need not submit request for correction of any application details either at college or at University at this stage. However such candidates can renew their application for the supplementary allotments after making necessary corrections in the application. Renewing the application without making corrections will lead to invalid allotment again.
